Dedicating herself to understanding canine behavior and training Anita works closely with mentors, Canine Behaviorist Kim Lux at K9 Cadets and Canine Psychologist Chris Brown at Alpha 1. Anita continues to upskill, holding current a Pet first Aid Certificate and attending New York dog trainer Josh Moran’s Auckland seminar, Sharonika Williamson’s Power of Play seminar, and Cameron Ford’s Canine Cognition seminar.
“Being around dogs brings me immense joy, and I am passionate about helping dogs and their owners develop positive relationships. I have experienced frustration in the past with dogs who misbehave, and not having the skills to effectively communicate with them. These experiences have fueled my drive to understand canine behavior and training. I have completed various training programs and have had the privilege of working with respected experts in the field. It brings me great satisfaction to help owners overcome the same challenges that I faced in the past, and to watch their dogs transform into balanced, well-behaved and obedient companions that can go anywhere.”
